Our KAPRB Junior Basketball League serves the youth of our community, from Grades 3 through Grade 10. Teams are separated into divisions for girls and boys. There are no coed teams in our league. We average over 280 children each year in the program! All games are played locally at Kennett Consolidate School District Schools. Practices are held once a week at Greenwood Elementary School, Mary D. Lang Elementary, New Garden Elementary, Kennett Middle School or Kennett High School. The season begins with practices in December. We run an eight game regular season with 2 additional weeks for playoff starting in January and typically ending the second week of March. Kennett Area Park and Recreation has designed this league for Boys in grades 9 – 12 who would like to play recreational basketball games once a week in a fun, competitive league. Games will be played on Tuesday or Wednesday nights in March, April and May.
